At House of Carmela, your satisfaction matters to us. If something isn’t right with your order, please review our return guidelines below.

 


 

Returns

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • For beauty and wellness products, items must be unused and unopened 

  • For clothings, items must have the original packaging with tags

  • Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery

  • Proof of purchase is required

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used skincare, beauty, or wellness products

  • Sale or clearance items (final sale)

  • Gift cards or digital products

 

 


 

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.


Email thehouseofcarmela@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

 

We’ll review your request and arrange a replacement or refund, if approved.

 


 

 

Refunds

 

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect

❓ What should I do if my item arrives damaged?

 


Email us  within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll take care of it.

 


 

 

❓ Do you offer exchanges?

 

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If eligible, you may return the item and place a new order.

 


 

❓ How long do refunds take?

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval and inspection.

 


 

 

❓ Are shipping fees refundable?

 

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless your item arrived damaged or incorrect.

❓ What if my package is marked delivered but I didn’t receive it?

 


Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact your local carrier or building management.
